Please make a block diagram or schematic diagram how did you setup that recorder from mic to power amplifier/ speaker( send it to my email jun_tabula@yahoo.com. ). Thank you. God Bless

I record my sermons directly on my computer using Audacity software... When I save the file, it saves as an Mp3 right away

Yep, and even this video is out of date. Not sure the product i recommend even exists in that form anymore.
But the concept at least shows that there is a better solution than tapes. -
Yep, even this video is already out of date as technology has improved.
But, not everyone has a smart phone, or an iPhone version nor would be willing to part with it for a few hours for someone else to have.
My blackberry won't serve in that role either (sadly).
But at least people know that technology exists to get away from tapes. Even in 2013, I ran into a church that used tapes and the man didn't know how to record to tapes. -
Hey Chris,
We saw the same problem with pastors we talked to, especially the guys with rooms full of tapes. But, like you said, it's 2014 now. Who doesn't have their phone on them now?
We actually built an iPhone app that does exactly what your Sony does. Our app records your sermons, but then shares your sermons over email and social media, plus posts to your website. It's all automated, so you don't have to touch the files. All you have to do is record on our app from your phone. We're even free for most churches.

Thanks for your comment. My own car has a CD player only doesn't take an Aux In jack for my mp3 player.
