On Friday, November 21st, 2014, Al Huda Foundation hosted a funeral service for Abdul-Rahman Kassig. Abdul-Rahman, also known as Peter, was an Indianapolis native who was recently killed by the extremist group ISIS in Syria. Abdul-Rahman's parents and many friends of the family attended the service. The funeral service followed the regular Friday sermon which was delivered by a prominent Syrian cleric, Shaykh Muhammad Al-Yaqoubi. Shaykh Al-Yaqoubi was the Imam of the Grand Umayyad Mosque in Damascus and is considered to be one of the most influential Muslim scholars in the world. This video is a memorial to a fellow American, Hoosier and Veteran of the United States Armed Forces. He was murdered by the group known as ISIS (EVIL). He is my brother and I know that he has been received by his Lord Allah and he is in the highest heaven.
