aAnyone have the English meaning. Iknow it gets polluted when translated to English, but I am so gren at Buddhism and am doind all the studying and learning that I can. Alot is from youtube right now and books form friends, but if I could access the Buddhist network of knowledge right here, then any wisdom and knowledge given freely is SO WELCOME! :)

I believe that this person is asking how to master a difficult new language (gongyo) to achieve the benefit. It was difficult for me to learn, so I started by taking time everyday to read gongyo from my book one sentence at a time. I said the sentence over and over for a day and then moved on to the next sentence the next day. Eventually, I was learning them two at a time and on. I hope that this was of service.

I have been Chanting since last one year. Due to my brain injury, i had lost my Self Confidence, which, i feel I am regaining. I am able to remain undisturbed, what ever may be the situation. Thanks to my Mentor.
