In Jesus's own words, no one is in heaven or hell right now but they are asleep. At the end everyone will be raised and will go to the place that God has judged them to go.

So yes, Mary k. Baxter is a fraud!

Matt 9:23-25

John 11:11 - 15

14 So then he told them plainly, “Lazarus is dead, 15 and for your sake I am glad I was not there, so that you may believe. But let us go to him.” NIV

According to Jesus no one is in Heaven or Hell right now.

John 3:13 Jesus speaking:
No one has ever gone into heaven except the one who came from heaven—the Son of Man. NIV

Acts 2:34-35
34 For David did not ascend to heaven, and yet he said, "'The Lord said to my Lord: "Sit at my right hand 35 until I make your enemies a footstool for your feet." 'NIV

Its her duty to tell her experience (whether true or not) Its up to us to believe or not as long as she complied Gods purpose. Anyway we'll be facing Gods judgment. Just avoid speaking embarassing statements because she did her best to save souls.
