I'm in cadets, and I have stage freight... BADLY. i have a five minute speech, and then an improvtu speech. we have 2 minutes to write it and it has to 2 minutes long.. I'm so nervous

I wonder how or where to learn to be quicker in responses to the public. I love speaking in public, especially interactively, but would like to be more relaxed in such way that I can respond to comments in a quick and funny way.
