Jesus is so powerful that simply by uttering "Satan leave him" the devils departs without even a whimper. This really happened, but the director of the movie should have made it more realistic. The actor is obviously throwing himself around. They should have shown him being thrashed around like in the Exorcist and more disfigured.

The parts where they had him say things that weren't in the gospels were really bad.

how many times jesus cast-out demons from possessed ones? why did he not (if he and the omnipotent god the father are one) totally eliminated the demon? he could do it if he wants it. unless he wanted to show-off his power.
