So amazing, this guy is awesome.

Ravi makes a lot of claims, but can' tback them up. The fact that there still needs to be such a huge apologetics industry still, undermines their claims.

God is not a Trinity!

Learn how to do "counter apologetics" in the Twenty-First Century with Jarrod Kennedy.
Step 1: Educate theists on how the burden of proof works.
Step 2: Ask for the argument(s) that support the claim theism makes (at least one god exists).
Step 3: Explain the logical fallacy. -
Wow!!! Finally, a Christian do not have all the answers. We are born to question. Don't PLAY GOD!!! 👍🏼

The book that Dr Zacharias is referring to is The Roads to Modernity: The British, French and American Enlightenments
by Gertrude Himmelfarb -
Religion: a divisive, deadly, non-thinking “brain virus” deluding young minds and adult masses with ancient myth, ignorance and superstition. Faith: allowing yourself to be brainwashed as a child into believing ancient religious “god{s}” nonsense without a shred of verifiable, concrete evidence to back up a single claim or assertion. Atheism – the only approach to save society from the dangers of ancient, deluded religious nonsense.

Hello, Pastor Mike here. So, [some] nonbelievers say GOD doesn't exist. Some nonbelievers say that believers are "delusional" for believing in GOD. Some nonbelievers say that believers must show evidence or proof that GOD exists. Some nonbelievers say that they are Atheists and that Atheism is not a belief system (religion) and, they cannot be required to show evidence that GOD doesn't exist. I guess that's enough to address and talk about. Well, I've heard these things before from the Four Horsemen of New Atheism playbook.
Let's consider: If believers are delusional for believing in GOD, then those calling us delusional are saying that we believe in something that is clearly and obviously not real. Such assertions and claims put the person(s) calling us delusional under the gun to show that we are truly delusional. That places the burden of proof upon them to show that the object of our delusion, namely the existence of GOD, is not real. They can't really wiggle their way out of that, unless, they are delusional about our GOD delusion(s)?!? Perhaps, nonbelievers are delusional in their claims and assertions that GOD doesn't exist? We believers can't prove scientifically that GOD exists,... that's true! But, Atheist scientists believe in things for which there is no real evidence, proof, or solid science, upheld almost exclusively on the strength of their academic credentials. Then, some nonbelievers say that unbelief [in GOD and other things] is not a religion or a belief system. They are notorious for demanding evidence of GOD from believers, while, at the same time, becoming indignant when asked to produce evidence or proof that GOD doesn't exist. Isn't that much like a duel between adversaries with dueling pistols but, only one has the right to loaded weapon? What's wrong with that picture? Clearly, a "faith-based scientific belief," without evidence, like, for example, belief in the multiverse, is a belief system/religion. So too for a faith-based belief for the naturalistic rise of complex genetic information in the DNA molecule, without an intelligent agent from which such complex information originates, with only long time periods as the magic ingredient, is, again. a "faith-based scientific belief," trying to be passed off as solid science. So too for the origin of life,...... long, long ago, in a primordial pool of pond scum, far, far away,...... life just arose, without an intelligence anywhere, nobody knows exactly how?, is simply "faith-based scientific belief." Some of these might actually serve as bedtime stories,.... if it doesn't cause nightmares in an unsuspecting child. These examples simply do not rise to the level of "solid science," which has been a benefit and served to advance mankind's knowledge. At this point, it appears that such faith-based scientific beliefs serve primarily to make an end run around an intelligent designer [GOD].
As to the "GOD of the gaps" argument made by nonbelievers, they should look at their side which invokes: (1) the "random chance of the gaps," (2) the "millions and billions of years of the gaps," (3) the "naturalism of the gaps," aka: the "natural selection of the gaps" (4) the "I need more time, it's a work-in-progress of the gaps," it's a "I don't know yet but, I promise I will know someday" version of gaps pleading and practice. It a case of the gaps calling the kettle full of gaps!?!
Well, I guess I'll spare you any further ranting and raving from the "Pastor of Disaster." Besides, I'm starting to get a headache from all this. One last thing, Dr. Ravi Zacharias is a great man with a good heart and, I, for one, have enormous respect for him. Take care, Best Wishes, and, for believers, GOD Bless. Pastor Michel (Mike) Benjamins, Jr. 1-14-17 @ 7:10 P.M.
P.S.: I suppose I need to prepare for any backlash my commentary may cause. I've been through it before. Bear in mind, a free flow of opposing ideas, opinions, and information serves to bring us all closer to the real truth. That is the way mankind progresses and learns. -
So many quotable statements.
-
is this church not the one who was making "christislam"??
-
christianity is easy to refute as a false religion. You can not be a christian and keep the 10 commandments! That simple! it is a non compliant religion with the law of God
-
The title should read how to Defend a Lie and in an elaborately
fashion against the surmountable evidence to the baseless salvation claim in
the 21st century. -
It's interesting that Bro. Zacharias stated that the EU focuses on rationalizing. The reason I bring it up to comment is that now the US has become so morally defunct that we are grasping at anything that makes us think on a worldly rational view. Hence, now we (US) look to the EU to guide us left or right, not up and down. We can change this perspective if we can just get apologetics into our conversations and not be afraid but be of a good courage.

Just wanted to tell you some TRUTH. God does not exist. Stop arguing, it's just a fact.
