This worked when used in combination a vertigo pillow. Although I do recommend taking something for nausea if it makes you sick before hand. It helps you get through the exercise.

we must fight this terrible affliction with every fiber of our being , courage to those who seek it and victory to those who choose it.....it a attack rocks you then by all means call the EMS and make a visit to the ER thats what i did no qualms about it just get the answers to get better life is no fun walking down the sidewalk and worrying about kissing the pavement with every stride.

Cool video. I did these at PT but have been done for about six months and got a really bad attack last night so was looking up the move again. Thanks!!!! Now my anxiety just needs to stop making me worried aboit "what if" it happens again and also my anxiety makes me feel dizzy!! Augh tje frustration!!! Haha. Thanks again for the video!
