The cover is very sturdy, tough and will keep the pages protected and secure, so it won't be easily damaged. NOTE- They also have the leather bound version. See details in the video description. It didn't come with any Ribbon marker- So you will need to either fix in ribbon in it or get a bible cover with ribbon to mark your place when reading or during your bible study. 3- Its binding is both glued and sewn in such a way that it should provide the owners years of service. 4- It lays flat on the desk regardless to what page you're reading. So you don't have to use your hand to keep it open as it is with some other bibles. 5- The overall size the bible is not heavy or overly bulky considering it contains two versions of The Bible. Rather it is lightweight and convenient to carry. 6- Included here is a presentation page for personalizing the Bible. It's also a nice feature to help you give this Bible as a gift to anyone. 7- Although the size of the text cannot be considered a large print nor a giant print, it is also not so small.
