The Sermon on the Mount is more than just a good teaching to follow, ethics for a future kingdom or a picture of how the gospel relates to the Law. It is a teaching that shows us how to live a practical "Kingdom ethic" now, through the work of Jesus Christ and the power of the Spirit. For more information please go to www.cdomaha.com.

What a great sermon based on the greatest sermon! In this passage, Jesus says "but seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you as well." He says this as if seeking those two things will lead to the opposite of worrying and being anxious. If you are wondering what this statement means, check out the book Grace Reigns Through Righteousness on Amazon. You will be blessed with a deeper understanding of both His kingdom and His righteousness!! And if you take the time read, be sure to leave a review!

An amazing sermon. For me though, just when I feel the spirit working , I think of the poor baby I saw on a YouTube video that was burned up in a house fire and lived. Pure agony. Why that kind of suffering? Anxiousness seems like nothing compared to that. So hard to comprehend therefor making it difficult for me to use the tools of Jesus to overcome anxiety.
