Great sermon, he speaks the Truth! If you don't think your not broken, and don't need God, wait awhile it's coming. God is so good:)

Glory to the Lamb of God , Jesus Christ who was born to die and died for my sins and the sins of the world. Father, I praise You for the Holy Spirit, who lives within me , walks along side me , guides me into all truth - and brings all things that are of You to my remembrance. But tonight I'm so thankful that He also convicts me of my sin and I can't live in peace knowing that I have sinned against You and my fellowship with You is broken. I have to confess it, and with great remorse turn to You for forgiveness and away from the sin with the no intent of repeating it. None of this is possible in my strength. I have a false strength that will fail me apart from depending on Your all sufficient grace to deliver me and keep me. Brokenness, truly is the way to blessing - as King David wrote , a broken spirt and a contrite heart You will not despise . You desire truth in the inward parts . So thank You for giving me and all who have believed on Your Son as Lord and Saviour, repented of their sin , the precious gift of the Holy Spirit who abides to be my advocate , my other Comforter as Jesus promised - so that I could know how vital it is to keep short accounts with You if and when my living, moving and being - my character, conduct and conversation grieves You. Continue to consume me with the Fire of Your Spirit , making me more like Thee, and Yes! Breaking me "Lord - taking those broken pieces of my life, to Remake me" - as Your servant has so preached and taught with power , authority and conviction . To all who has an ear, may we hear what You have said - and not turn aside to "tales" - lies , where men and women are allowing the devil to come in and "free them to the bondage of their own thoughts, opinions and will. Guide me and grant me wisdom, heal me according to Your will and use me for Your glory. Thank You for Dr. Voddie Baucham who stands firm on Your absolute Truth, The Word- and continues to earnestly contend for the faith. I pray that You will continue to keep Him, grant Him all knowledge and spiritual wisdom so that he will faithfully and firmly represent You in this evil day. Keep his lovely wife and children and may we all draw nearer to Thee. For You said if we draw near to You, You will draw near to us. In the faithful and true name of Jesus I pray - Amen .
Thank you Dr. Baucham , as I've heard you via videos and on a live FB forum once, you have always been a man who , in the end when all has been discussed of the sensitive topic /matter at hand , (which are always the results of SIN) - well when these matters are placed before men of God to try and shed "perspective that affect our history, humanness - society - culture - nation and world , the beginning , body and end of your contribution has always been consistent:
Does any attempt at a solution align with The Holy Word , which is the final authority on all matters - and therefore pleasing to the True and Living God! Eternal ,Godly - Biblical Truth!
To God be the Glory! -

By the way, there's a great book on how messed up the depression medication industry is. It's called "The Emperor's New Drugs."

I read "The Sack" years ago. Thank God, literally, for Pastor Voddie. It's actually easy for me to see and acknowledge the problems it has, and I'm glad to learn. Being quite familiar with brokenness personally, I wish to further understand why God allows it, and why He associates with the broken so much. "He was a Man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief."-Isaiah 53:3. Why does God care enough that He wants us to cast our sorrows and burdens on Him? I appreciate that He does, don't get me wrong, but still, at my lowest, I feel like I'm just troubling Him with my petty problems.
